Our Team
Known throughout Chicago for his charisma and leadership, Jeremy will continue to inspire and influence his peers at Lemon. Pairing his vast knowledge of tending bar with his background in acting will allow Jeremy to bridge his love of cocktails with appreciation of the arts.
Having opened and managed various concepts across the city, Zak can now fashion his own from the ground up. With a deep respect for the craft he will lead the bar program using his passion for training, education and empowerment. As a professional dancer himself, he will continue to seek out such talent for our stage.
After achieving success in the tech and nonprofit fields, Seth took it upon himself to learn the restaurant industry inside and out. As a 3rd place enthusiast he had always dreamed of owning and operating a jazz club. His dedication and ambition have led to him actualizing this dream.
The unspoken cheerleader of the group, Mason has taken the lead in developing the core of Lemon’s culture and aesthetic. His first love is rock and roll music but over the years he became enamored with food and beverage. Mason has been making it a point in his life to host parties, events and bring people together.
